Founder and Programme Lead

Del is the founder, driving force and lead designer behind Let Me Out. A former television presenter, international rugby player and senior leader in high-performance sport and business, she brings commercial thinking, creativity and an instinct for what helps people move forward.

Del works with clients to understand the challenge, shape the right programme and create experiences that are purposeful, engaging and unmistakably Let Me Out.
